Koherence: a one day programme with two aims. Firstly, as part of the day, resolve pressing critical issues that are troubling and disrupting the team. Secondly, learn new skills and gain knowledge in how to collaborate effectively and deal quickly with the challenges that come along in projects and business.

The challenges 

Challenges can be dealt with if we give people the tools to be creative, and the facility to collaborate. When faced with a challenge people often reveal their inherent creativity, and together identify the pieces that make-up a solution. When supported by effective systems and good leadership people will work together, and they will make it happen.

The format 

The standard Koherence package is a one day workshop; however, other arrangements can be made to accommodate your particular requirements. It will have a positive impact anywhere in business that will benefit from creativity and collaboration - which is just about everywhere, e.g., resolve critical issues that have been disrupting progress; reinvigorate a flagging team with new energy and focus; build a solid foundation for a joint venture; etc.

• A set of integrated tools and techniques to get people thinking creatively, collaborating, and communicating.
• Tools to release peoples' knowledge and creativity supported by methods of thinking that help them thoroughly explore issues without conflict.
• Scaffolding and processes to encourage and facilitate true collaboration, with people taking work forward coherently towards a shared goal.
• Share data, information and knowledge through information systems that give leaders visibility, and people the information they need to get the job done.
