We provide experienced people to make easier the business of collaboration, knowledge sharing, problem-solving, negotiation, and the formulation of action plans. Facilitation - a story from MCL Dynamics on Vimeo. We place an emphasis on providing people with a broad experienced of life and business; however, our job is not to tell you what to do. Our job is to help you and your colleagues discover where you are, agree on where you need to be, and help you to use tools and methods to determine the best route, and plan the journey. The importance of goals for meetings or workshops cannot be understated. Groups that meet because of routine, or a cultural response to a problem, are often fruitless, and do nothing to create cohesion between people or momentum. Our view is that cohesion within a group comes from performance, and a group that tackles a problem, big or small, and succeeds, will see value in further collaboration, and will drive forward. If we are a catalyst in this process then we will be happy.
