Interim Leaders

We provide interim executives, with significant leadership experience, for short-term project assignments in which they lead a team through a crisis, transition, or change. You quickly bring to bear a wealth of knowledge and skills, with a smooth succession to a permanent solution.

Modelling

We have technicians who build models that allow us to test an emerging system design by experimentation to ensure it will perform as expected, and needed. These models may be for construction or manufacturing schedules; operational models for manufacturing or maintenance processes; engineering or administrative processes, etc.

Planners

Our planners have a high level of competence in the use of the leading scheduling applications. In addition they design and build information structures; design and apply issue management systems; apply finite capacity scheduling tools; and risk management applications.
